Mollymook Monday Mornings - Beginners & General
- This class is suitable for beginners
- A general class catering to every age and body
- Every Monday (not school or public holidays) 10.00 to 11.30 am
- Class is for one and a half hours
- Venue Mollymook Surf Club at Mollymook Beach
- The room is carpeted, spacious and airy at ground level
- Internal toilets attached to the room
- A beach café is attached to the surf club where you can meet with fellow yoga students and have a cup of tea/coffee and or lunch after class
- Mollymook Beach is renowned for its regular dolphin population
Mollymook Wednesday Dynamic early morning class
- This class is designed for the experienced/more flexible yoga student
- The class includes dynamic, challenging sequences
- Yoga philosophy is integrated into the Term classes
- Every Wednesday (not school or public holidays) 06.45am to 08.00 am
- Class is for one and a quarter hours
- Venue Mollymook Surf Club at Mollymook Beach
- The room is carpeted, spacious and airy at ground level
- Internal toilets attached to the room
- Watch the sun rise above beautiful Mollymook Beach
Natural Birth Preparation With Yoga
- Pre-Natal/Natural Child Birth Preparation class
- Every Wednesday (not school or public holidays) 10:00am - 11.30 pm
- Ulladulla Healing Centre, cnr St Vincent St, Ulladulla
- Weekly classes include:
- breathing for birth
- overcoming pain
- learning to relax
- partner assistance
- developing strength for labour
- developing a relationship with your baby
- discussing post-natal expectations

- A fun class designed for 3 - 6 year old children

What to bring / Cost
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- A warm blanket or shawl
- Yoga mat
- Bolster, cushion or stool to sit on
- Eye bag (if you wish)
- Classes are drop in - no need to book for a Term
- $12 per class
- $10 concession
- As a sign of respect it is helpful to arrive at least 5 mins before class commences
- Please let your teacher know of any recent illnesses or injuries
- All students will be asked to complete an indemnity form prior to commencing class
- Private classes are available on request - $50 (1 hour minimum). Have your own personal posture assessment and recommended daily practice developed by Mary-Louise.
